Bradley GT II Electric Car

Two Journals

The Sub Frame

Assembly Drawing

Look at this beautiful CAD drawing Jim sent me.

I met Jim, by writing on bradleygt.com website blog about my frustration in finding the plans to the battery racks for the Bradley GTE.

Jim answered my ramblings by telling me about how he had just purchased a Bradley GTE  that he was about to tear down and restore. He further told me that he would make a CAD drawing of the racks and send them to me with this caviot... I must publish them on a website and save future builders the suffering, and anguish of countless hours trying to aquire these precious dimensions. "No problem Jim, as a matter of fact, I just purchased a domain last night" I said; that was pretty much the full scope of my expansive knowledge about building websites.  So now I have two major projects going. This is the result

From that came this...

Notice the 1.5" square tubes. They are stitch welded together and an additional plate was added for additional strength. The whole unit only weighs about 80 lbs.
